Cardio Drumming

Break out your inner rockstar and join the Bridge to Wellness Challenge for a free Cardio Drumming class! Martha Soraruf will have you moving and sweating! The class will be at Smith Elementary in Stockbridge at 6 pm on April 21st. The class is free and open to everyone.

Join us for the 29th annual Heart & Sole run, walk and bike event in Chelsea on Saturday, May 12. There's a race for all levels - bike, 10K, 5K, combo race or 2 mile walk! Online registration is open until May 9 at 11 p.m.
